SIMplifi — Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SIMplifi, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

2. Service Description

SIMplifi provides a platform for purchasing, activating, and managing eSIM data plans for travelers. We act as a reseller and the underlying connectivity is provided by our upstream network partner.

3. Purchases and Payments

All purchases are final unless otherwise stated. Payment is processed securely at checkout. You are responsible for providing accurate billing and contact information.

4. eSIM Activation

eSIM plans are activated by the customer and are non-transferable. Plans are valid for the duration stated from the point of activation. SIMplifi is not responsible for delays caused by device incompatibility.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use our service for any unlawful purpose, to resell without authorization, or in a manner that could harm the platform or other customers. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

SIMplifi is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our service. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected purchase.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
